Food Technology Corporation has appointed food texture expert Jon Hellyer as Product Manager at their UK-based European division, Food Technology Co Ltd.

Jon brings an extensive knowledge in food texture testing to FTC having obtained his BSc in Food Quality with Product Development and his MSc specialising in Confectionary Texture at Nestle.

The New TMS-Pro Food Technology Corporation is proud to introduce the New TMS-Pro Food Texture Measurement System.

The TMS-Pro was designed as an affordable alternative to the high priced test systems currently available. With a capacity of 2500 Newtons, (550 lbs.) in compression or tension, the TMS-Pro can handle the toughest applications.
